About PCDC
The Paxville Community Development Corporation (PCDC), a 501c3 non-profit organization operates as a Workforce Development and Rural Technology Center located in Paxville, Clarendon County, SC.
We serve residents from the communities of Paxville and surrounding areas of Clarendon and Sumter Counties.
Founded in 1999, PCDC’s central focus is to provide services and access to resources that help residents improve quality of life through enhanced workforce readiness. self-sustainability for senior youth services, and technology skills development.
